I disagree with this because i believe this will make a person really lazy. If you sit at home and think of designs to make. You can get easily distracted, you can always go somewhere else to think of something but people will tend to be really lazy. Sometimes your designs will not be successful and you might lose a lot of money. That is a risk that you take, but if your design does become successful, you can make a lot of money. If you have someone pushing you as a boss, i think you will be more successful than a person that doesn't have a boss. It just depends if you are a workaholic, if you love to work hard then you can be really successful.
